Eat This: Fall Foods with Lutein

Lutein should be eaten anytime during the year. But my chilly, sweater obsessed self couldn’t even. It’s fall, my favorite food relationship season of the year. I mean I’m love fall everything and Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. Most fall foods help keep you rooted and are rich in nutrients. Plus, it’s loaded with lutein. This is another carotenoid antioxidant more known for eyesight. Keep your HD vision with these fall foods.

Fall Foods with Lutein

  • Dark Leafy Greens
  • Pumpkin
  • Squash
  • Carrots
  • Brussel sprouts
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Yellow Corn

Lutein is more for eyesight support. Antioxidants can protect cells and give free radicals the boot. Additionally, these are high fiber foods for gut health and energy fuel. Part of the rainbow provides your lutein. No need to stick with one food or feel guilty if one is offensive. Rainbow eat for food relationship flexibility.

Fall is an excellent time to get creative. Experiment and allow the free flow of fall in the kitchen. Try new foods or upgrade some old favorites. Be playful with your plate.
